This sounds great and I really think it will help me with my weight gain issue. I have been successful in gradually bringing my weight to a healthy state in a similar way in the past and I didn't even realize it! Its not a diet its a change in the way you consume food and in the way you view it! I have gained about an extra 50Lbs in the last few years and as I age it becomes increasingly harder to lose it. I also have a back injury so rigorous exercising is out of the question. A good swift paced walk at least a few times a week along with this weight loss plan I think will do the trick! Thanks for the info and I am going to make an honest effort to getting back to feeling good and feeling good about myself again!
