    DIY Home Arcade Machine

It's his cabinet. He may do as he pleases. If you have an affinity for Ms PacMan cabinets, then by all means, buy your own and cover it in plastic or whatever people with rude comments do with their stuff. Pat yourself on the back for having one in original condition while the rest of world continues not to care.

Make 4 Useful Things From 9V Dead Battery

Where does it say that this is the cheapest anything? This site is about making stuff from parts. You can buy most stuff made on this site from a store. But that's not the point. I think you completely missed the whole idea of the Instructables website. Or any maker site for that matter. If saving 50 cents is a huge deal for you then I don't know what to tell you. You missed the point by a hundred miles.

  • It's Possible to Use the Angle Grinder As a Chainsaw

I second that neither of you two should make this.

Don't build it. This is for fun, for a person skilled with chainsaws and grinders.

This saw isn't for a commercial job. It's a build to show that it can be done. For fun. Try to keep up ok? Awesome.

Because he didn't. But you go ahead. You make your own instructable about it and we'll critique it for you.

  • Unusual Life Hacks Of Super Strong Neodymium Magnet

Just to be sure, it would probably be a good idea to wrap the magnets in some flexible tape, like electrical tape. It would prevent the magnets from chipping and contain any bits that do. They would still be more than strong enough to hold the bags shut.

That's weird. Hard drives have a high flux density. You would have to have an extremely powerful and focused magnet to wipe it. Also considering the shielding in the drive and the laptop case itself, it seems highly unlikely. You might want to get a second opinion. You might be able to salvage your data still from the laptop.

Great ideas. I find the cheapy magnets you get in store to put on the fridge aren't very strong. I have a bunch of these strong magnets on my fridge now and they hold a lot! I also use them to hold tools etc. just like in this Instructable.Great job Geekrex =)
