Depends on where you are I guess. We say "mum" and drive on the left hand side of the road, we do not ride kangaroos to school / work and those hats with corks are non-existent. Where are you from?
Sure do, I'm in a hole called Canberra and most of our interesections are circles. Not just round abouts but huge circles. It looks awesome on Google maps but it's a pain to get around.
Tennessee, you might have heard of it, but it's not the most most popular state around. I usually say "mom" or "dad" (being gender specific of course ;-) ). We have a lot of city animals around here, like pigeons, racoons, possum, squirrels, and occasionally some deer ( In the more open areas). We all drive on the right hand side of the road, but we sometimes live on the left hand side of the law :) Hats with corks? I seriously don't know what you're talking about there. I've seen the Crocodile Dundie movies, but he just has like a bowie knife and western-ish hat.
