- All I know is that it needs a large HDD and 802.11g wifi, which isn't a lot to ask for.
- Also, USB slots. Lots.
- And a decent battery life.
- At least a GB of ram if running XP, at least 3 if running Vista.
- A build in webcam would be nice.
- CD burner
- Weight/screen size don't matter to me.

Well, at the risk of incurring the wrath of Sir Kidshire, welcome! I for one think you belong in this elite society, and I think your avatar is hilarious. I loved willy wonka and the chocolate factory! The old one. Not the one with Johnny Depp. He's just weird.
It seems to me like the world is getting creepier. Even here on instructables, some people are creepy!
The Depp version is a lot closer to the book (if you ignore the scenes with Vincent Price).
I think you're right, come to think of it.

- Drunken Pirate obviously references the Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy.
Yeah, I saw charlie and the chocolate factory-he DID seem like Michael Jackson, come to think of it... And I caught the pirate part. Everything else flew over my head...

LOL. Relax. No one's picking on you - we just really do think you're great.
Also, I wrote my Instructable for "newbies"; it'd be good to point them in the direction of some Instructables regulars (regulars, hmm... would you prefer that over veteran? lol)
