Here you go - only a few parts, but print quality is quiet good.
Edit: I forgot the PSU in the calculation - so you have to add around 30€.
Depends on where / how xou source your Parts. Espacially the Micro Controller and Hotend+Extruder (Smoothieboard will cost about 180€, Ramps about 20€ / E3D V6 and E3D Titan: genuine about 120€, clones about 40€).For the Frame, axis screws and bearings I paid about 200€ (All Cut to length).Then you have to add about 40€ for Electronics and steppers (50€).So you can get away for about 350€ if you use cheap Parts.
I know - the length in the instructable (parts list) have a bette length. The printer is about 750mm high, the rods are 320mm.If you build one, it should be about 1000mm high an the rods should only be abouer 300mm.
Strictly speaking this is a 3 axis printer as well - it uses three linear axis. But im comparision with regular cartesian printers: the print speed in the z-direction is much faster. And in theory you cann go much faster, because you have a much lighter tool head.
