Cheap Arduino WiFi shield with ESP8266
Yes, it was. Now with a new one I everything worked as it should!! I use the 10K resistor for both TX/RX anyway also put a bicolor led so when I get fixed it will light green and red when not fix GPS. Thank very much! I

Well, just if GND and Vin are inverted, lol. Maybe some short circuit, I will check it. Thanks for replying. Let you know.
One more thing. I just asked for another GPS module, but I would like to be sure if I can use the 5V output pin and if I need to put a resistor (10K) on the RX/TX pin. I will use the D3 and D4 for RX/TX.Thank you very much for helping!
I am trying hard to make it work, my GPS is like the one at picture. If I use the 3.3V the device locks, if I use the 5V it works but the GPS's regulator (? the one close the RX/TX pin) gets hot. So far no led lighting and no GPS detected.I setup the pins 3 and 4 as TX/RX but no success. No registors are being used. Any clue? Thank you.
