  • How to reverse engineer a schematic from a circuit board

Hello allNice idea.. I use this technic for more than years. First download all components datasheet, which used in the board. Especially semiconductor components. Then pointout one pin like +Vcc, GND or any ouput or input. Then remove all components from the board before draw a freehand sketch look like the board with indicate the values of the components. After removing the components, use a shield wire to remove the unvanted solder from the board. clean and remove solder in all the pin holes of the board. Then use a needile to pointout the track and draw the sketch on a paper..... Finally got a circuit. Then use a multimeter to confirm the connection of the track to the various components.... Thats it......!!! Please see my youtube channel for a video show....( fined youtube to THa...see more »Hello allNice idea.. I use this technic for more than years.
