Good rendition of Jim Lahey's no knead bread featured on NYT cooking (https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/11376-no-knead...Your method opens up the world of no knead bread making to people without an oven, nice job!The Dutch Oven helps in retaining the moisture around the bread, actually steaming it. Then the crust develops as you bake it further without the lid on. Man I love them Dutch Ovens! Makes me proud to be a kaaskop ;)
Dug up a photo of my bread (added walnuts), with normal white flour, my breads come out much darker (not only the crust).
