    I am absolutely baffled by how doable this was. Time consuming and tedious, yes, but not nearly as tedious as I thought. I'm making these for a sci-fi Halloween party this weekend, so I planned way ahead and made them over the course of a week. Aside from leaving the chopsticks until the end and drying the outer shell differently (pictured) I followed the instructions to a T. They look great! I haven't attempted to eat one yet, but I've been tasting the components as I go and they all taste great!Two minor corrections:1) In the truffle step, you forgot to mention what you do with the butter. After I realized it didn’t make it in, I clicked on the Alton Brown recipe and figured it out. But no big deal.
