These look so good! I just posted a snickerdoodles recipe and it is almost the same exact thing as yours: however, I'm having trouble with the cookies 'falling' flat in the oven like yours do so well. I assume I should raise the fat content slightly. What do you think I should tweak?thanks

Cool instructable! How did you make separated pictures with words in between for each step? I've never been able to do it; it just puts all my pictures in a group for each step :P
