    A Best kept secret to Losing weight

    I've been doing the warrior diet recently. I stopped it 3-4 months ago. I did it for 2 months or so. I lost 2 stone (28 pounds). I'm now back on it as I've been putting the weight back on again. Back on it for 9 days. Already had my meal for the day, over 1,000 calories. Bearing in mind I probably need around 3,000 calories to maintain a weight nevermind put it on. I'm 6"2 and around 15 and a half stone to 16 stone (need batteries for my scales, so I don't know exact lol). Just be sure to eat fruit and veg with your meal, or take multivitamins. It's safe to take a smoothy throughout the day for a snack if you need it, even with protein shake in it, or some fruit instead. The best part about the warrior diet is, hunger pangs are easily managed as opposed to snacking low calorie treats throughout the day. The best part about it is, you can have that pizza hut, you can have that KFC, but that's all you're going to be having for the day, so it's best done at night rather than in the morning just incase the surprise occasion calls for a junk food takeaway with friends or family later on.
