Hello CNC WorldThe terminals of servo motor of Adafruit driver module are faulted therefore I used a pin which is not used by the the Adafruit driver, the pin is A0, (the analog inputs A0 .....A5 can be used as inputs from No. 14 to 19 )Kindly be informed that this is not the case, the servo operates well, and I had the same problem before the servo terminal of the drive be faulted,Note that HưngĐ8 have the same problem that I have.We hope that you can help us
I had connected the servo to the Adafruit drive terminal (pin 10) in the first and I had found the same problem, now the servo terminals of the Adafruit drive is faulted therefore I connected the servo to a pin which is not used by the Adafruit drive, the A0 TO A5 analog inputs of the Arduino can be used as an I/O pins numbered from 14 TO 19, the servo now is connected to pin 14(A0), and it operates well.I've tested the servo individually , it's OK.Note HưngĐ8 have the same problem I have , we hope you to solve this problem, thank you for your time
Hi HưngĐ8I am trying to solve this problem, We hope CNC World can help us.Thank you for your share
here is my code and cat gcode
You can find my modified code by the following link:http://codepad.org/iFbBRK6d
I did that test as you did, the two steppers are ok
I tested x and y axis by the stepper test program and assign x and y, but I changed it but no way
Thank you for your reply, I used your sketch, 48 Steps/RevolutionThe following images, one for StepsPerMillimeterX =100.0 and StepsPerMillimeterY = 100.0, and the other for StepsPerMillimeterX = 300.0StepsPerMillimeterY = 300.0, I could not to attach the gcode file but it for a cat drawing like the attached image, I am really disappointed
HiI've a problem can you help me?I do all as you explain, but my cnc gives a wrong drawings, another problem, I've calculated the step per mm gives 6.5, when I modified the program to make the step/mm = 6.5 the scale minimised, even your value 100 gives a wrong small scale, I switched between the stepper terminal but no improvements made .why my cnc gives wrong ةmess up drawings
HiCould you help me?I want Arduino updates the real time clock from a mobile SIM Card, like the Mobile phone always updates the real time clock from the mobile network.Could it applicable?Thank you for your help
