Tell us about yourself!
I think that's the answer for me! Thank you!
That's a great idea! Thank you!
I like the idea of combining the materials. Thank you!
Clean sand or fine, washed gravel might work best -- and for many people it can be free.
That's true about the "sifting through" quality of the sand. Hmmm. What's another solution? For blocking drafts, it seems to me that the sock roll should be weighted somehow to hold it snugly against the door or window and the frame. I want to do this, (I have lots of socks!) but I don't want to attract critters. Polyfill seems too lightweight to work well.
Yes! And we live near the beach, too. Guess what I'll be making for winter this year?
That sounds like a really workable idea. Thank you! And thank you, Penolopy, for all the terrific ideas!
This necklace would be so lightweight. Also, it's very pretty.
Very cute little birds. Could be ornaments, gift tags, strung together as a banner. Lots of uses!
Clever, cute, and funny!
I haven't seen this idea anywhere else. I really like it.
Do you suppose a cable spool would work for this?
Could call a party with this a 'grill-due' instead of 'fondue.' lol Such fun!
So funny! And delicious. And I want one.
Chickens are my favorite, and this ornament is charming.
So much dorky fun! Really good instructable. Make more Sherlock, please. We're pretty fond of John Watson, too. Plaid, short-sleeved shirts?
