Anti-snoring device or even treatment for sleep apnea (supine variety). Tie a tennis ball in a sock. Pin the sock to the back of your night shirt. Whenever you roll on to your back the ball digs in causing you to roll on to your side, but not wake up. Since most snoring and sleep apnea occurs when you sleep on your back, the incidence will be much reduced if you are not in that position.
