Yes, remember that the fibres have to be beaten for 8 hours, until you see a paste. To beat them, the blender is not good, because the slicing action is something to avoid. To avoid failure you should simply use cotton balls. Then, to press, you can use a bottle as a roller, and finally add the diluted pva glue (rather than adding glue to the vat).
