    A Best kept secret to Losing weight

    I actually did this by accident. I started a new job where I get up about 5:15, i have to walk to a bus stop, up n down hills, catch a bus to the transfer station, get on another bus that takes me close to my job, then walk the rest of the way.I don't know about you, but I'm not really hungry at 5 in the morning, so I don't eat breakfast. We only have 30 minutes for lunch, so I just eat a little bit, maybe ramen noodles. I usually eat when I get home, between 3 and 5pm. I go to bed about 9-9:30 I fast all night, with just a little bit at 11:30am.My roommate got a scale, so I just checked myself, and I figure I've lost at least 10-15 labs in a month. I do take a gummy Women's multi-vitamin. I'm 60 years old with diabetes and arthritis.God gives me the strength for the walking, it's hard ...see more »I actually did this by accident.
