NYPA, you got 0wn3d. Seriously, if you really wanted to circumvent the law, you could have just NOT SAID ANYTHING.
I learned this a few months ago. If you don't admit you are under 13, you will have a 100% chance of getting around the law in question while being able to enjoy the internet like everyone else.
