If that's all you had. The grinder is efficient, but if the van was furnished you likely wouldn't be able to use it I'd think.
A nibbler will make this go a little bit quicker. I know they're expensive, but you might be able to borrow one from a bud who does HVAC work. Less damage to the paint for those that might wish to keep the paint that's there.

Nice! Now you can add a rotisserie motor to smaller round grills!

Very nice! Mine is made using an extra faceplate for my lathe. Speed control on a disk sander is incredibly useful.

Sooooo.. Like the project, but I can give you a fix for Major cleaning if you plan on coating a tank. You'll need an orbital sander, a piece of 1/4 inch plywood, some https://www.harborfreight.com/5-lb-Rust-Cutting-Resin-Abrasive-Tumbler-Media-60542.html , water, a heavy vise, and some way to hold the tank down. Bungies screwed into the plywood does okay. I'd also put an upside down ziplock bag over the sander. Mount the plywood to the sander,Put the sander in the vise plywood upwards, bungie the tank to the sander, seal all holes and tubes from tank, add a quart of water and about half the tumbler media (That was enough for my old 1 gallon tank) Put the lid on the tank, and power on the sander. after an hour or so of running, the tank should be super clean. Use a cheapo sander, you can...see more »
It can be made into a mini tumbler for parts too..> Everything the same, just attach a bundt cake pan, and drop your parts, water, and polishing pyramids in the bundt pan, and let 'er go. Great for nuts and bolts

Fixed it. It was a video that I accidentally uploaded with the photos. I may make them available for viewing on YouTube. They are test videos using this light out in the woods at night.
That's what I ordered, this is what they sent. but you are correct!

LOL! Tooth drawer pulls for a jewelry box! May have to mold roots and all for that though!

I made it. Easy to disassemble, and made solid. It can handle my wife and I, and our 2 little ones, in the top bunk without creaking or swaying.

I have to post a second reply for you now. Just had a friend bring me this snack in a BACON BOWL! I didn't even know there was such a thing! It's bacon that's been woven together over a stainless steel bowl (Upside down) and cooked on a cookie sheet in the oven until it's crispy. 11/10 highly recommend!

i agree. but we just have 2 phones and a laptop. with the ceiling fan's draft, it hasn't affected the thermostat any. and my remote thermometers still read fairly consistent. winter may be a different story, but I'll keep monitoring that. thanks for pointing it out though others should be aware of that potential problem.

oh yeah!!! please post when you make that!
thank you! it stemmed from a want for low impact lighting in the living room. like a custom night light I suppose, and the need for a centralized charging spot.

thanks!!! I wish I had had more walnut strips so I could have made it deeper, but a shallow shelf seems to match the spot better anyway.
