For the extra flavour: almonds, hazelnuts, and probably also walnuts should be roasted before blending. Roast them in the oven at ~180°C for 10-15 minutes. Remove skin after roasting. Unsweetened cacao can be blended in once the nut butter is smooth => very tasty ;-)
HI,interesting idea. Worth to give it a try. However, the initial stepsto prepare the sourdough are not described in detail. The picture might indicate which ingedrients to add. Nonetheless, the description lacks when the starter has to be added and what has to be mixed at all.Lateron, it appears as if only a fraction of the butter has to be added. That comes clearer in the following steps, however, not in the step when the first part of the butter is added.Please write more details to the steps: Especially, when to add what and how much.
