I think you there is wise not to make sweeping statements about thte dangers with salt in your food. If you are in one of the risk groups, of course, you should be careful with salt. But for all people without problems with the heart or kidneys or high blood pressure, there is no reason to exclude or minimize the intake of salt. A normal body has an extremely delicate system for keeping the salt balance in the blood at its right level. And too little salt can be dangerous acording to recent studies.
