I'm sure by doing a little research you canapé this for under $20. Buttons cost about .99, Li-ion for about 5, charger circuit for .99. Pump is the only slightly pricier component. (I can find you some links if you're interested.)

That's not quite how it works. The cup warmer uses about 350ma (power consumption). Milliamps per hour is power capacity. Different. This means, for example, a 350mah battery could power this for an hour, a 7000mah for 20 hours, etc. Hope I helped.
