Thank you :) it worked really well "in the field"
Sewed tail onto sweater by putting couch pillow inside as dress form
Thanks! I may have stretched the adhesive putty a bit thin for the task; I have to keep re-pinching it. But it does seem like it would be the ideal material if you use enough.
Hah... another follow up. Those little black patchey areas on the sequin fabric, I was viewing as battle scars and leaving them as a fortuitous special effect. My daughter discovered that rather than being worn or missing, the sequins were just turned backward, so she turned all of them to face the right way. So now her wings, alas, have no longer "seen battle." ?
I had gotten used to the silly shrug in Step 9 so I'm just leaving it here.
Okay, pictures added. :) She is camera shy so I only posted the back view, but they look great.
Thanks! I do too... we picked it out together. The tail fabric was random luck, found it on the remnants table. :)
Thanks! Not yet... though with Halloween being a couple of days away I guess that will be soon remedied. It's supposed to rain a lot, though!
This is Hilarious!! Only thing that might improve it is making the bid $701. And you have to act ridiculously hyper. :)
Oh, perfect. HAhaha. Have fun!
Oops, I replied in the wrong spot too. Perfect, hahaha! Have fun!
