Here are the pictures of mine I promised, hope it works for you! You don't need a band on the bullet lock, the grey connector underneath it pushes it up.
Any problems give us a comment.

Cool!
Jul 8, 2011. 3:18 PMDJ Radio says:
Lol that thing, never even worked right for me.
Jul 19, 2011. 5:30 AMTheFoofinator says:
The trick is to have strong a strond band on the mag lock, that ay the mag is pushed up as far as possible, so the bullet slides into the dual hinges.
Aug 5, 2011. 10:14 AMDJ Radio says:
I had it like that. It jammed pretty frequently.
Jun 13, 2011. 9:10 AMTheFoofinator says:
Not atm, but I was going to remake it after my exam on Wednesday, so yeah post the pics.
Jun 13, 2011. 2:09 PMTheFoofinator says:
I see that the yellow cons would spread the impact over a larger area, thus allowing more band to be used, good one. As of the mag, that never happened but I did have the grooves of the bolt locking into the grooves of the ammo, so the whole pin would jam, so I had to take out the mag each time it did that. This is problem that happened on every ZKAR i have made, I found the solution to it was to use a weaker mage pusher band. As for the pin guide, it is a trick nut to crack, because the perfect position for it is a compromise between yours and Zak's placement, in between the 2 connections on the yellows. I will try these out.

I can't believe I found it, myself!
Jun 2, 2011. 7:10 AMTheFoofinator says:
You will never guess what I've just found on there!!!????!?!!?
Jun 2, 2011. 1:08 PMTheFoofinator says:
Why don't you combine this with Dj's Pistol? That way you can have a turreted pistol with a decent trigger.
Aug 5, 2011. 10:15 AMDJ Radio says:
To be fair I was actually thinking about putting a turret on that pistol but I was building that at the same time I was making the Halo battle rifle so I didn't have any parts to do that.
Jun 2, 2011. 1:20 PMTheFoofinator says:
Just a suggestion.
Jun 3, 2011. 7:38 AMTheFoofinator says:
I have made it, though the front end pin is a devil to fix. I have currently snapped all of my bands, so I'll take pictures if you want.
Jun 3, 2011. 8:10 AMTheFoofinator says:
Ok, but you'll struggle withy the front end, it's REALLY tough to figure out.
Jun 3, 2011. 8:29 AMTheFoofinator says:
I tried my best... Maybe you could get it to work.
Jun 4, 2011. 6:08 AMTheFoofinator says:
Unfortunately, I didn't build the turret, but I think there is a ratchet on the inside- it does not autorotate.
Jun 4, 2011. 6:59 AMTheFoofinator says:
Sorry mate, I didn't build it but I had an idea that I didn't try out. My idea was that a white snowflake connector on the shaft, and a grey clip on one of the blue rods on the barrels, this would click against the connector and would have an elastic on it. Like the TR ratchet, but smaller, and on the inside of the turret.
Jun 4, 2011. 7:19 AMTheFoofinator says:
Ok I'll try
Jun 4, 2011. 7:39 AMTheFoofinator says:
I whipped this together in 5 mins, and it works GREAT. It doesn't need a band, and the turret only need s 1 piece replacing. I only did 3 barrels to test the ratchet. It is a strong ratchet, and needs a bit of a shove to turn. You should be able to work it out...
Jun 5, 2011. 6:22 AMTheFoofinator says:
There are 16 notches, so it should click 2 times for it to lock into the next round.
Jun 5, 2011. 2:54 PMTheFoofinator says:
Look at the pics, the ratchet it perfectly line up with the turrets's hub. I can't really tell what your problem is.
Aug 6, 2011. 6:06 AMdr. richtofen says:
thats an awesome thing.
Aug 6, 2011. 7:07 AMdr. richtofen says:
oh, were can i find it, dunno if i have enough pieces though
Aug 6, 2011. 10:49 AMdr. richtofen says:
d'oh! :(
Jun 8, 2011. 1:11 PMTheFoofinator says:
It lives!
Jun 5, 2011. 2:57 PMTheFoofinator says:
Ah, wait, I think I know. Make sure the tan connector is lined up vertically, and slots into the snowflake connector on a rod clip, not on the small v shapes in-between these. This way, the turret should line up

THE Zakbow, and mepain's trigger. There is also a picture of the slide.
Jun 2, 2011. 1:07 PMTheFoofinator says:
Hell. Freakin. Yes. I might make it longer as well!
Jun 2, 2011. 7:05 AMTheFoofinator says:
It is literally a goldmine! I've bookmarked it!
Jun 2, 2011. 6:54 AMTheFoofinator says:
Nice work! I will stick with by knex bricks piece- it is brilliantly accurate. With my cheek rested on the stock, I looked at the tip of the sight at an object 5 metres away, and it hit EXACLTY where I was looking! Also, because it has a slit down the middle, you can take into account longer ranges as well, so if you wanted to shoot 10 metres, look into the middle of the slit, and 20 metres the bottom.
