COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIE 3 eggs 6 tablespoons butter or margarine (melted) 1 1/4 cups sugar 3 tablespoons all purpose flour 1 cup crushed pineapple 1 cup flaked coconut I unbaked 9 inch pie shell Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Stir in next five ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. (If crust begins to get too brown reduce to 325 and finish baking.) Filling will be set. Can be served hot or chilled.
