This was my first attempt at making a cream and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much. I felt somewhat at home with the emulsifying step as I make mayonnaise with the stick blender. (Gosh, I nearly threw in mustard and lemon juice.) I really appreciate all the information that comes with the recipe. Next time I'd like to make it thinner to make a nice moisturizer for the face. Could this be done just by altering the proportions - less oil, more water and glycerin?
