While these instructions are clear, and helpful for the most part, i do want to point out a couple things. Soaking the halves in lemon or pineapple juice for 3-5 minutes will help preserve the nice color and the pineapple juice sweetens them a touch aa well. Also the apricots used in the picture are still too green for my liking. I can't imagine they'd taste too good after drying. But to each their own.
