Thanks for sharing that! I didn't about "Bonfire Night", but It sounds like a fun event to be a part of. Share some photos if you end up making a flaming jack-o'-lantern.
That would be pretty sweet looking, but your right, there could be some potential safety concerns with that type of placement. I think you're better off just using a normal jack-o'-lantern for a scarcrow head.

The fuel typically lasts anywhere from 45 min. to an hour, in my experience. It can change depending on how large of toilet paper rolls you use. The more toilet paper used, the more fuel that gets soaked up. The more fuel that gets soaked up, the longer the flames will last.
