I don't understand, what exactly was used for the actual media player part? Did I miss something? I'm actually looking into trying to build a handheld portable music player type of device, and would really love to know if there's a special type of board you used, or if you used something that was already a media player or something. Thanks :)

Might be more hepful if you explain how exactly you actually cut the discs. I don't understand how you did that part really. Tbh "cut the circle" (step 2) lacks any actual instruction. You only tell us to do it, and mention some will be easier than others....Otherwise a really good idea & I like it. I just cant make one yet because I've definitely tried cutting into a disc before, with a pair of sharp scissors - a couple times - & it's never really worked for me. Mostly I dont understand how you cut out the inner part without cutting/breaking through the outer edge. Seems impossible!
