A comment from GermanyI do what you describe for several years now. I rarely have breakfast in the morning. I quite often have it at around 1 pm. I feel good that way. My body is used to it.What I never experienced was that I lost some weight. (And I know why)In the evening my body strongly asks for wine and beer and sweets. And I give it to "him". Because he asks so nicely. I just cannot resist.When do you meet friends (usually): in the evening. Where do you meet them? In a restaurant/bar/pub etc. What do you do there: eat and drink.Or at home. Where you offer them something to drink and to eat.For me this is the weak point of your 'ible.It is more than hard to live that wayHow do You do it?
