I don't have an ice cream maker, so I just popped it into the freezer and tried to remember to stir it now and then. It's more crystally than it should be, but never mind. It still tastes good! Also, I forgot to sieve the seeds out. I'm calling it a design feature, not a flaw. It shows it was homemade? But not fresh. I used frozen raspberries. Way to cut corners, Steen!
