Intermediate Leatherworking Class
I seasoned with Plow boys bovine bold. And smoked it on 250* until an internal temperature of 150*. Then I put it in a foil pan with some beef broth and covered it with foil. Put it back in until it hit 200*. It should fall apart after that. I served it on some deli rolls with sautéed onions and mushrooms.
