good receipe. I buy them on a stalk for a bout a buck a stalk and cut them off it just before steaming. I pour the lemon juice in the water with some seasonings, add the steam basket, toss in the sprouts and cover. I steam them just till a fork passes thru one. We have to watch our salt and fats:)

Great post. People have to let it sink in that it takes a year or two to lose that much weight safely. No magic pill or anything. You just have to decide if you are really willing to put in the effort long term.
Fascinating but, why not put the main mountings in the regular way and use those adjustable, expanding toggle fastners in the areas without the studs?
