Just used this and it most definitely worked. However, it worked best when I poured the hydrogen peroxide on it and immediately used the iron. I did follow the first steps of scrubbing and soaking but in the end what really took it out was steaming the freshly poured hydrogen peroxide out. Very glad I found this - certainly a great solution.
