Tell us about yourself!
Hey David,I started making my rings by this tutorial and another one and they both tell us to wrap wet veneer around an object and wait for it to dry. But then I read somewhere that you can start the process right away, water will accelerate CA gluing. You might want to leave the last piece to dry because moisture can turn CA into a lighter colour, but I didn't have any troubles so far.Make sure that your veneer is really thin though, I use 0.6mm.You also need to understand that it usually takes the time to get the feeling, my first really beautiful ring that I'm still proud of was in about 20th try. :)
