Hmmm, I guess it all comes down to which you'd rather have next to your jugular... a sharp blade or a hot flame. In a WORSE case scenario - the flame could catch your hair on fire or burn your skin resulting in months of medical trauma and a disfigured future, whereas the blade could prove to be instantly fatal. Geeze, hard call. Lol! Glad I'm a girl.

Has anyone attempted to convert tide dish detergents from UV into purple color then try to cause a blue or green glow stick to glow? Becareful since Phenol oxalate is toxic the active chemical in some glowsticks.
You should do a instructable on perhaps Dye lasers that can be easily done with a Nitrogen laser.
The laser is at 405 nm 100 mw laser line. Absorption 405 nm.
Hey have you ever tried acetone with different glowing dyes. Here are a few dyes yellow marker dye in acetone, Palmolive green soap in acetone with some water. This is done with a 100 mw 405 nm line laser.
Here is quinne solution in tonic water with a few drops of 1 M Sulfuric acid to enhance the glow under UV light.
It works well with getting the stumps burning. The more product that you use,the faster the stump is consumed. Dry pine stumps burn the best. It will not make the stump disappear instantly but it is faster than charcoal and more fun than digging! What ever you do, PLEASE do it safely. Thermite is hot!
Can you give any info on your stump burning experience? Just received the ingredients (pro grade rusty and aluminum powders), and have 26 acres of nasty stumps... Any info is appreciated!
An individual would need to be a bit touched to willfully expose themselves to laser radiation. That being said, for the healing process there was a world of difference between outline vs solid fill drawings. I recommend sticking to the outline.
