Hi, it would work but the tda7492 is a bit overkill for the speakers since most of these chips can put out 15w at 12v. I would opt for higher wattage speakers to get the most out of it. That being said, 6w speakers should work fine, just on a lower volume. The lithium pack should also work but it can happen that the currwnt drawn from it gets to high resulting in a buzz during low frequencies and high volume. Any type of lead battery is more stable but heavier. Hope i informed you enpugh.

Good point. Well it really depends on your overall proficiency and the specific hardware you have at hand. If you are let's say at an average proficiency with these kind of projects and have everything you need it should only take like 3 to 4 hours of construction time. In this sort of educated guess i excluded potential drying time of glue if you need it.
I would be interested in judging outdoor, tech and workshop.
