the pad is powered directly to 220V, so no psu. The relay is needed for controlling the pad... search waaaay down in comments an you will find discussions and schemes for using a relay with such a pad. Someone made a book also with the comments here in pdf format. Search through comments
mine was a 12V, 29 amp, 240W... never had a problem with it
build plate was a 400x400x3mm aluminum sheet
