Principal Consultant cum Trainer for Lean Management.

He graduated from a Technical College majoring in Mechanical Engineering and is also a Certified Kaizen Specialist and a hands on TPM Lean Facilitator with working experience of 26 over years.

He provides Technical Consulting Services on Lean Equipment Fabrication, TPM, Kaizen, Quick Changeover, Cellular system set up, Moonshine Department set up and Small Group Activities set up.

His expertise involved Designing and Building Right Sized equipment to support Lean Management, Initial setting up of new plant, Transferring technologies, Training and motivating Staff in Process management, Resolving Technical Issues, and drive/conduct Lean training to implement TPM using Leans tools like 3P& Moonshine Fabrication.

A Christian family man of 49 years with 3 growing kids who loves outdoor & adopt Green living.
An NGO Community worker for Prison & Drug Rehabilitation and the Leader of CREST (Crisis Relieve & Training North Malaysia).
