Hello henryst, that is posible but you need to know that the motor need a minimum voltage and if you put 24v on a 36v motor it goes much slower
Hello LoopyMind, the silver/metal strip is a nickel battery strip like this: http://www.batterysupports.com/1m-8-x-015t-pure-ni-plate-nickel-battery-welding-strip-tape-p-321.html . If you put the batteries in parallel you have the same 3,7v. And the last answer is: when you have 1 battery of 3000mAh you do --> 3000x12=36000:1000= "36 amp"
