Good instructions, especially the safety warnings.A couple of suggestions: I make templates from offcuts of thin plywood and dip them in red wood dye so I can always find them. Most of the sanding could be done with a small sanding disc in an electric drill, to get under the rim I use a long strip of abrasive, hold one end above the work in my left hand, and press it into the work with the fingers of the right hand.I've never caught my fingers in the work that way, wrapping masking tape around the fingers helps prevent burns as well.
