Just wondering if I am missing something as this instructable seems to end abruptly at the end of Step 8?
Thank you! BTW - I loved your native persimmon bread instructable - wish we had persimmon trees in the Yukon - we did get a case of them at the grocery store recently but they are too much of a treat to use in baking.
What an impressive instructablel! I like the scientific approach that you have taken, as well as practical information like where to get sourdough starter. Well done!

I love this instructable for both the ingenuity of the design and the message.Really impressive! Thanks for doing this!
I haven't tried it with honey so I can't say for sure how it would affect the texture. It might be fine, or it might be a little bit stickier. It would be great if you could try it with honey and let me know how it turns out.Thank you for your kind comments.

Thanks! I just read your mango roll instructable. Beautiful presentation!
Thanks. They are super quick and easy to make so I hope you try and make a batch yourself!
I tried it first with agave syrup and the bars did not hold together well, so I would not recommend agave. I think honey might work and I would be very interested in hearing how this works out if you try it with honey, and what the texture is like. Thanks!

There is no cooking involved at any point. All ingredients are raw and they are pureed in a food processor, then rolled into balls. So the breakfast bites are raw as well as vegan and sugar-free!
That's correct - I blended the raw oats in, right after I blended the dates in. There should be enough liquid from the date/water mixture to make the raw oats (use quick oats) easily digestible, but it's a good idea to have a coffee or other liquid with these Breakfast Bites to get the full benefit from the oats. That sounds good! The nice thing about this recipe is that you can vary it to suit your own taste. I'm lactose intolerant (hence the lactose free milk in the photo) so I generally avoid sour cream, but I can imagine that adding sour cream, and premixing the powder with the milk and butter would give it a creamier texture and nice flavour.

It is hard to visualize the boxed bottom which is Trick #2 - you have to actually do it to see how it works. It should work! Hope you have fun with this bag!
Fold-up Felt Bag
Light-Up 3D Paper Snowflake
It looks like you folded your paper into quarters, rather than sixths. Once the square is folded into sixths, you need to trim the edge so it ends up like a circle, as described in Step 2. It should look like a wedge or a piece of pie. Then study the photos in Step 3 before you cut anything out. You might want to try to more or less copy the cut out that I did in Step 3 for your first snowflake and once you have succeeded, you can try your own designs. Good luck!

Thanks - so glad you liked it! The beaded flower version took about 2 days to make (as opposed to about 2 hours for the felt version).
