Oh wow. What a delicious recipe! I have read many "crustless quiche" recipes but none that sounded yummy until now! We have always enjoyed quiche though we haven't made any for a while. If those are the nutritional values without the crust I cringe to think what are quiche WITH the crusts must bear in fat and calories. LOL But that's not the point. As you say...C'est la vie! Life is to be lived AND enjoyed. I like the sound of those cornbread muffins on the side too. I have bookmarked your recipe to give it a whirl. THANK YOU! Oh...you may want to try some Asiago cheese in your quiche. It is delightfully flavourful so you can use much less and still get a huge cheesy flavour kick! We love it.
I have been wanting to work with some type of cement for a LONG time but wasn't sure which one would be light enough to use in my art. THANK YOU! I will be sure to go to your site in a minute. The way you painted them is the way I've been painting the texture in my work for years. Black or brown first to fill in the crevices, and then some type of metallic paint dry brushed on top. I really adore bronze, but Golden paints, an excellent brand with wonderful texture and depth, has many metallics. My art explores textures and, as you say, Nature gives endlessly and never asks for payment. Those coasters are wonderful.

Hope you're happier too. Oh...and I practically live with earplugs in. The comfy orange ones work great. Don't even know they're in your ears. I get a pack of 100 pairs for $20 from a place called Princess Auto in Canada.
