Unfortunately $20-$40 is too low for me to justify making these. The materials themselves will run that much. The labor on top of that and the quality of product makes it hard for me to rationalize working on it. I still haven't found a good way to "skin" the ears in cloth so that it looks good, fits well and is easy to make.That being said, the materials are pretty cheap so this could be done by you for that much if you're willing to construct the ears yourself. If this is something that you'd like to do but have trouble programming the microchip (or have any other questions) then PM me and maybe we can work something out.
