I see you used a D-shackle as a fastener for your survival bracelet. I am a retired U.S.ARMY soldier thats makes them for free for wounded soldiers. I was wondering what size or the dimensions of that shackle is? My local hardware store did not have them that small. I believe theirs was at smallest a 1/4 of an in.
