I guess you will always get a communication dip if you roam from 1 "home" wireless router to another one. You can minimize the interruption by:a) using the same SSID and password security settingsb) I guess it's better to concatenate the routers through LAN-LAN connection and disable the DHCP-server in 1 router. c) Use different WIFI channels for the 2 routers (non overlapping channels 1-6-11)d) You can play with the option "Roaming sensibility" the force faster roaming. (It's a setting on your wireless card driver.)If you want to spend some more money you'll need to take a look at wireless Access points or routers that support zero handoff to get better roaming performance...
