I'll write it down for you when I get a chance, along with the tuning of my lyre. I would love to see pictures of your lyre when you finish it!
Photoshop. The costume and "communicator" (cell phone) are real, but the background is a stock shot of the enterprise bridge. It came from Brian Hammond at ShutterFlare.com You should see the full image, I got the shadows and everything lined up. Here's a link:

I made a custom sticker for the flap of my Razor to make it look like the grid of a TOS communicator. With it already being a similarly shaped black phone it makes for a great functional prop.
