You guys don't peel the tomatoes, leave that burned skin of the tomatoes, that's the main and the original special taste of this type of salsa. I'm from Mexico and this recipe is almost authentic :p , try this salsa with the burned skin of the tomatoes and taste the difference. I really love this salsa is easy to make.
