Hi twit7503,the amplifier for the audio signals is a kit from Velleman, type K4001. If you google you will find it. It is a 7 Watt mono amplifier, I used a standard set of earbuds and limited the output with a 100 ohm resistor, as shown in the diagram. Basically you could use any other design too.The other parts (NE555 test signal and the wiring tester are built on standard prototype circuit boards with standard holes, as shown in the pictures. I did not design special PCB's..In the wiring diagrams you can find the type of parts I used.. For all resistors you can use 1/8 Watt types.Feel free to use other setups in a larger box for example, the design is not critical at all.I'm sorry but I did not make more pictures. I hoped the diagrams would be sufficient..
