My bike fender is done. It's made from 5 parts printed in ABS and glued together. I sanded it and painted with plastic primer and after with black matt color spray. Also added neon strip light to make it more cool.
I have heated bed platform and I made a box for my printer to keep temperature stable. It was not good enough to prevent warping so I printed second part using instructions to prevent warping:http://www.instructables.com/id/100-Warp-Free-Make...It's helping a lot, great advice. Can you please share some details about printers and used heaters , some picture if possible? From which material is the printer enclosing made?
Tried this method and it's working. Simple and efficient solution for avoiding warping. Thanks!
Desing in Fusion360 is finished (photo attached). First out of five parts is printed (photo attached). Noticed problems with warping of ABS so I'll try few tricks while printing other four parts.

This should be a box for my 3D printer (needed to keep temp constant for prints with ABS). I'll make it from plexiglas boards.
