Chicken Coop... Big/Cheap/Stong
No more flat tires???
I tried foam first, then I used a old stiff water hose. I just kept wrapping it around inside a hand truck tire that kept going flat. You have to make sure you get as much hose inside the tire as you can before you put the tire back on. I leave the tire halfway on the rim while I do it. It doesn't warp, flatten, or wear out like the foam. Next I'm going to find a smaller size hose at the hardware store for a bicycle

hi there, did you ever do other tyres of wheels? I am looking to find a way to make some solid rear wheels for my power chair, I have looked every where to fing black tyres but with no joy, so thinking about DIY but problem is powerchair is some 250kg including me in it. so thinking that this much would just crush it! any ideas comments welcome, cheers, mark.
Cheap light box UPDATE:
Thank you for this inspiration! I knocked one together in an evening with nothing more than rivets and duct tape, and it works incredibly well

Plans worked well
Hi, how is this coop holding up? Is it sturdy enough standing on 2x4s and not 4x4? TY
this is great! And your pictures are very good.
Remove valve pin. Fill with "door and window" foam, replace valve pin and immediately fill with air to desired PSI. Drive around for about 15-20 minutes. Repeat this process until no more foam can go into the tire. You're done!
Urban Mushroom Farming
I know... one step at a time. Right now it's a play fort for kids. So the nesting boxes arn't needed.
Looks good. Your missing nesting boxes and roosting rack though.
Just curious... why not send them in? They will fix them for free, forever.

Power tool (vacuum moter) is sucking from inside of cone and the intake for the vacuum hose is the one in the side.
The Depth is about 1/4 the way down.No filter on end of tube. That's the point of the cone part... although it would't be a bad idea. I have sucked up cloth ans stuff.
